I can't tell whether the command line switch is unknown or the problem yet exists. The output however, is very similar to the first dmesg and the kernel keeps crashing with the same message. The only difference is, that passing numa=off doesn't crash the the kernel immediately but after a bit where no output is shown on the console in the meantime (I guess Xen probes SRT tables on its own.
