Bug detailed description:

For the Sandybridge ia32pae  platform, runing the vt-d guest in a row, system 
auto-reboot or hang .The same issue also happened  in cs 22364.The error log
from serial port is following:

Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.prepare ten the vt-d guests at Sandybridge ia32pae machine.
2.run the command "xvs run "
3.we see the issue that system hang or auto-reboot
