'VT-d 1G super page' feature is blocked in latest xen-unstable tree (cs:.
It seems that cs# 23247 introduced this issue. I found cs# 23011 in
xen-4.1-testing.hg  is good.
When I add 'sharept=1' in grub and start up domain0, xl dmesg shows: (XEN)
Intel VT-d Shared EPT tables not enabled.

Reproduce steps:
1.add 'sharept=1' and 'hap_1gb=1' in grub (Enable VT-D/EPT 1G hugepage feature)
2.create a guest with 10GB memory
3.xl debug-key D
4.xl dmesg | grep "order: 18" (find the 1GB page number)
