[Xen-changelog] Update xend-config.sxp so that dom0-min-mem is 196MB by default, as this is rather more user friendly.

Update xend-config.sxp so that dom0-min-mem is 196MB by default, as this is 
rather more user friendly.
Also do some minor fixes to the README
