[Xen-changelog] [xen-unstable] x86: machine check exception handling

# HG changeset patch
# User kfraser@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
# Date 1182435004 -3600
# Node ID 3cf5052ba5e50555eb4893b2576859853d1b9523
# Parent 899a44cb6ef605d0920acf68cfd55c72b112c033
x86: machine check exception handling

Properly handle MCE (connecting the exisiting, but so far unused
vendor specific handlers). HVM guests don't own CR4.MCE (and hence
can't suppress the exception) anymore, preventing silent machine
shutdown.
