[Xen-changelog] [xen-unstable] Introduce 'bootscrub' boolean cmdline option. Default on.

Introduce 'bootscrub' boolean cmdline option. Default on.

no-bootscrub will disable boot-time RAM scrubbing, speeding up boot
time significantly on big-memory systems.
