Solarflare: adjust Kconfig additions

Clean up drivers/xen/Kconfig after the Solarflare additions:
- placement of new items should not disturb menu hierarchy
- dependencies of XEN_NETDEV_ACCEL_SFC_BACKEND were missing
- use tabs for indentation
