[Xen-changelog] [xen-unstable] stubdom: log and documentation fixes

stubdom: log and documentation fixes

- Document that for vnclisten names and 127.0.0.1 should not be used.
- Documentation cosmetic fixes
- Dump qemu output to the usual logs
