# HG changeset patch # User Keir Fraser <keir@xxxxxxx> # Date 1297011789 0 # Node ID 1861627620710a18f21b38c5daf417c3864b4d15 # Parent cba9a84d32fbf7d2d9f6ddd1fc1ab7dde8e290c1 hvm amd: Fix 32bit guest VM save/restore issues associated with SYSENTER MSRs This patch turn-on SYSENTER MSRs interception for 32bit guest VMs on AMD CPUs. With it, hvm_svm.guest_sysenter_xx fields always contain the canonical version of SYSENTER MSRs and are used in guest save/restore. The data fields in VMCB save area are updated as necessary.
