[Xen-changelog] [xen-unstable] ACPI: large cleanup

# HG changeset patch
# User Jan Beulich <jbeulich@xxxxxxxxxx>
# Date 1299688324 0
# Node ID 65d26504e843420a1f3db6052464c052f83160e3
# Parent c56a2113d12854212a2e0ffd88da2ac8b0a3637c
ACPI: large cleanup

In some cases, entire files turned out unnecessary. Of what remains,
move whatever possible into .init.*, and some data items into
.data.read_mostly.
