[Xen-changelog] [qemu-xen-traditional master] qemu-xen-traditional: Use libxenevtchn

commit ca2ff968de42d47dcda8973aa1528a14f99992d3
Author: Ian Campbell <ian.campbell@xxxxxxxxxx>

CommitDate: Fri Jan 22 12:14:16 2016 +0000

    qemu-xen-traditional: Use libxenevtchn

/dev/xen/evtchn related wrappers have been moved out of libxenctrl
    into their own library.

Note that i386-dm/helper2.c's xc_interface * was always really an
xc_evtchn *, it's just they used to be typedefs to the same thing...
