commit a99642bfeeea5243c9efe2975f040e10a5b4935a
Author: Juergen Gross <jgross@xxxxxxxx>

libxl: carve out console specific functions from libxl.c

related functions (including channels, keyboard and frame buffer)
    to libxl_console.c.
