commit ebfbd5788245a9772193687d269d70b9ccba2772
Author: Roger Pau Monné <roger.pau@xxxxxxxxxx>
AuthorDate: Tue Jul 23 16:53:24 2019 +0200
Commit: Jan Beulich <jbeulich@xxxxxxxx>
CommitDate: Tue Jul 23 16:53:24 2019 +0200

pci: switch pci_conf_read8 to use pci_sbdf_t

This reduces the number of parameters of the function to two, and
simplifies some of the calling sites.
