[xen staging] automation: collect log files in subdirectories

    automation: collect log files in subdirectories
    
    The current single *.log pattern collects just config.log, which
    usually contains little useful information.
    Collect also log files in subdirectories, tools/config.log usually
    contains information about configure failures.
