[xen staging] x86: drop use of CONSTRUCTORS from linker script

    x86: drop use of CONSTRUCTORS from linker script
    
    Current binutils document this for use by a.out only. Plus we deal with
    .ctors and alike sections elsewhere in the script anyway.
