    Revert "tools/xenstore: add documentation for ..."
    
    This reverts commits 3db29e8fac3f874aba0198f398e8eeaad9a091b8,
    6574f387791f18c85c64399ed83b4391adcb4881, and
    1a564e4b3b4fcb9a49fa09ade689ba38c0a890e8. They were committed
    by mistake (newer version pending).
