[xen master] automation: remove python2 from opensuse images

    automation: remove python2 from opensuse images
    
    The upcoming Leap 15.5 will come without a binary named 'python'.
    Prepare the suse images for that change.
    
    Starting with Xen 4.14 python3 can be used for build.
