[xen master] xen: remove asm/unaligned.h

    xen: remove asm/unaligned.h
    
    With include/xen/unaligned.h now dealing properly with unaligned
    accesses for all architectures, asm/unaligned.h can be removed and
    users can be switched to include xen/unaligned.h instead.
