Allocate and free the structure in perform_gunzip(). Move the window (output) pointer into gunzip_state first, which involves plumbing the state pointer all the way down into flush_window(). Drop the 'slide' alias, and the flush_output() macro too as it hides at least one "wp = wp" assignment. Signed-off-by: Daniel P.
