    xen/riscv: add inclusion of xen/bitops.h to asm/cmpxchg.h
    
    Add inclusion of xen/bitops.h to asm/cmpxchg.h to avoid compilation issues
    connected to GENMASK() which is used inside asm/cmpxchg.h.
