    SUPPORT.md: Document guest PSCI support
    
    Add a new entry under "Virtual Hardware, Hypervisor" for guest PSCI
    support on ARM. This documents support for all mandatory functions of
    PSCI 1.1, and separately lists the supported optional functions.
