[xen master] x86: drop detection of ld supporting SORT_BY_INIT_PRIORITY()

    x86: drop detection of ld supporting SORT_BY_INIT_PRIORITY()
    
    GNU ld 2.25 supports this, and we already assume all lld versions do.
