[xen staging] tools/xl: hide xenstore-features behind option

    tools/xl: hide xenstore-features behind option
    
    In order to be able to use "xl info" before Xenstore has been started
    or after it has crashed, hide obtaining the available Xenstore features
    behind the new option "-x".
