    xen/sched: address violation of MISRA C Rule 16.3
    
    The rule states: An unconditional `break' statement shall terminate
    every switch-clause.
    
    Use the `fallthrough' pseudo-keyword for which an ECLAIR deviation
    is already in place.
    
    No functional change.
