Come to think of it, there are associations that link the
Xen_ComputerSystem provider, for example, with the host instrumentation
providers. I don't know how the links will still be maintained if the
providers and the CIMOM are remote.
Currently, these host instrumentation providers run in Dom0. 

It has nothing to do with the xen api, and the xen prvioders themselves.
Technically,  we could use remote cmpi providers for the host
instrumentation and you could then have the CIMOM remotely, I suppose.

Nothing in particular, I think. We just haven't had a chance to 
try them remotely.
