The document permit use the logo:

see the line 16:
"2. To ensure that vendors that deliver commercial products that
Faithfully 16 Implement the Xen® hypervisor to market can use the Xen
word mark in 17 association with those products,"

The trademark include the XEN logo (without any modification).
