[Xen-ia64-devel] pfmon and strace on Xen/ia64

With the latest hg tips:

http://xenbits.xensource.com/ext/xen-ia64-unstable.hg (cset 5721)
http://xenbits.xensource.com/ext/xenlinux-ia64-2.6.12.hg (cset 12)

pfmon-3.0** and strace both work on domain0.   This should
make some performance measurement and debugging easier!

Thanks much to Matt Chapman for finding the bugs that
were stopping these from working!
