Is the arch-ia64.h change in xenolinux just to make it match the
arch-ia64.h file in Xen?  If so, I will just copy the file over.

Which reminds me... this creates a potential version mismatch
problem.  There probably should be some way for Xen to check
a version number for the xenlinux it is loading and abort
if it doesn't match.
