My experiments so far have just been with a "ski disk", which
is a small packaged file system based on (I think) RH7.2.
It does do a few "init" things.

I expect there will be some bugs to track down when we
start exercising domU more extensively but getting through
init to a shell prompt exercises a lot of the domU
support in the hypervisor.

Shutdown works for me (though ends with an error message).
Destroy hasn't been implemented yet for ia64... there's
been a lot of changes recently in the core support for
this so it's probably a good thing we waited.
