[Xen-ia64-devel] Heads up for cset 7514

I've just committed a handful of changes trying to minimize
the ia64-specific patches for xen drivers.  Since some of
these changes affect the patching process and some affect
the files that are to be patched, it may be necessary to
do a clean xenlinux build after cset 7514 is pulled.
