What I saw is, guest tried to access identity mapped virtual address by 0xe00001000... (grant table entries), which page fault and hit in vcpu_translate and then go to translate_domain_pte for out-of-range guest physical address 0x1000... and finally warning. We may need to find better way to do that anyway.
