It's an old rx2600 with a (PCI? AGP?) video card. It's set up
so that EFI console in/out goes both to serial and to video.
(as this makes it easier for me to install distros).  Maybe 9
is the video?

I'll try irq=0 when I have a chance... I'm currently testing
the latest xen-unstable.
