For those of you who don't keep up with the main xen-devel list,
Xen 3.0 (testing) has been released!

Xen-ia64-unstable.hg is currently up to cset 8234.
I have successfully tested the latest tip (8241) for Xen/ia64,
but the http server appears to be down now so I can't
push the last few csets (which are not ia64-related anyway).
