[Xen-ia64-devel] FYI: Updated xen-ia64-unstable to latest xen-unstable

Because of the rapid change in xen-unstable, I have
updated xen-ia64-unstable to xen-unstable tip (8365).
This required a small patch, xen-ia64-unstable cset 8366.

Since this patch is required, xen-unstable tip will
not compile on ia64.  I will first catch up on all
the other patches before merging again upstream.
