[Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH]another one to remove unused linux files within xen/ia64

Hi, Dan/Alex,

This patch is to remove more unused linux files inside xen and also some
duplicated ones, like slab.h and cpumask.h. This should help reduce
duplicated definitions conflicting with xen's.

One change NOT included in the patch is to create a null file
"xen/include/asm-ia64/linux-null/linux/slab.h" to ensure compilation,
however diff tool doesn't generate content for such empty file. So
please manually create that empty slab.h and then check in.
