[Xen-ia64-devel] Pull in several files first

Hi, Alex,
        Since IOSAPIC will be moved from dom0 to xen, there're several 
files required to be add to xen and modified in xenlinux. Could you 
please help pull them into repository first? That can help reduce later 
patch size and traffic on the mailing list:

Linux-2.6-xen-sparse/arch/ia64/kernel/iosapic.c
Linux-2.6-xen-sparse/arch/ia64/kernel/irq_ia64.c
Linux-2.6-xen-sparse/include/asm-ia64/iosapic.h
(You can pull above three from 2.6.16 linux source)

Xen/arch/ia64/linux-xen/iosapic.c
Xen/include/asm-ia64/linux-xen/asm/iosapic.h
(Same, you can pull them from 2.6.16 linux source)

        After above effort, attached patch ensures compilation without 
change to functional logic.
