[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: SMP-guest

Hi,

taking comments into account, here is the final SMP-g patch.
ITC_DRIFT is not set anymore, therefore kernel tries to sync itc.  Because itc 
cannot be set, warning messages are emitted during boot.  However because itc 
are already pre-synchronized by Xen this is harmless.

Tested by boot+halt of dom0 (2 cpus) + dom1 (4 cpus).
