[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: save & restore

Hi,

this patch adds the save & restore feature.

Two files are added: xc_ia64_linux_save.c and xc_ia64_linux_restore.c.  They 
are in a ia64/ subdirectory of libxc, as recently recommended by Keir.

The other changes are:
* more register in vcpu context (eg: TRs).
* drivers/xen/core/reboot.c in now compiled in ia64 (with a lot of #if/#endif, 
transp virt to be fixed soon).
* domain_setup can be queried.

Tested by save & restore a domU UP.
