Hi Anthony,

Can you clean up the warnings generated by this patch? I get the
below when I turn on no_warns=y:

 -D__ASSEMBLY__ -c vmx_ivt.S -o vmx_ivt.o
vmx_ivt.S: Assembler messages:
vmx_ivt.S:1093: Warning: `vmx_dispatch_tlb_miss' was not specified with
previous .proc
vmx_ivt.S:1093: Warning: `vmx_dispatch_itlb_miss' should be an operand to this
.endp
vmx_ivt.S:1115: Warning: `vmx_dispatch_tlb_miss' was not specified with
previous .proc
vmx_ivt.S:1115: Warning: `vmx_dispatch_dtlb_miss' should be an operand to this
.endp
vmx_ivt.S:1225: Error: 4 warnings, treating warnings as errors
make[5]: *** [vmx_ivt.o] Error 1

Thanks,

        Alex
