Hi,

I'd like to complete the ia64 future work list of Ian's paper:

Features catch up:
* driver domain
* live migration
* domain debugger
* profiling
* Windows on VTi

IA64 specific:
* any page size support

* Performance and stabilization.

[ There is no particular order.
 Some items are already WIP; this is the good news.]
