Hi,

this patch complete the previous perfc patches.
All stats are now reported through perf counters.
The unsafe hypercalls are removed.

The output of xenperf is unreadable for some stats (privop addrs).  I will 
modify xenperf (and remove postat).

Tested by running with perfc=y and by compiling without perfc.
