[Xen-ia64-devel] RFC: xencomm for xen/ia64

Hi,

this patch implements xencomm for xen/ia64.
I post it for comments and evaluation.  I'd like to know wether or not it 
fixes the domain creation failure bug (it seems so, but please confirm).

I thought to submit it after 3.0.3 but because of the recent API break it 
would be better to submit it for 3.0.3.
