[Xen-ia64-devel] RFC: nested Xen

Hi,

This is a very old patch I have updated and I'd like to submit soon.
Basically it makes VMM memory space much more flexible.
With this patch, you can compile a Xen with CONFIG_XOX defined and run this 
Xen within VTi!

I now have to update this patch to add relocation feature (required at least 
for Altix).
