Hi Keir,
    With #Cset12018, the vcpus of xen0 and the SMP guest can stay at one
LP for a long time. But from the #Cset 12425 on (maybe an earlier Cset),
the vcpus would jumped from here and there very fast. 
    This fast changing will cause a lot of performance downgrade in
SMP_VTI.
