Several issues:
1. If we enable MT and make xen0 to be UP, all the cases can pass. 
2. If we disable MT and make xen0 to be SMP, VTI booting speed is very
slow and SMPVTI_LTP performed slowly. 

Testing Environment:

Logic Processors number: 8 (2 processors with Due Core)
Service OS: RHEL4u3 IA64 SMP with 2 VCPUs
VTI Guest OS: RHEL4u2 & RHEL4u3
