   Ok, if you can add in the PAL & SAL calls so that Linux DomUs and
DomVTs don't complain about missing/unimplemented calls, I'll accept
exporting vCPUs as dual-core, single thread processors.  I'd really like
to move to the more simple single-core, single thread model long term
