[Xen-ia64-devel] PATCH: declaration of all regs in vcpu_guest_context_regs

Hi,

this is a first step: all registers are declared in
 struct vcpu_guest_context_regs as well as the rbs.
This step is necessary for debugger and full save/restore.

This structure is not fulled filled/restored: no new register is put/read.
this will be the next step(s).
