[Xen-ia64-devel] [Patch][RFC] fix compiling tools

Hi,

Symbolic link of asm/kregs.h is not create in tools/ia64/Makefile.
So this patch fixes the issue.
But I'm not familliar with Makefile.
Does anyone know better way?
