Hi,

I managed to split the original patch and here comes the first part, only 
handling the extensions (more using cr.itir instead of simple the logps - 
page size) of different interfaces in preparation of the pk stuff.
I did some other cleanups so it should look better now.
I tested with booting domU PV linux.
Please have a look and send comments.
