As you said, we will need to disccuss NUMA support.
But this issue is definitely a bug.
This bug is related to CONFIG_NUMA=y of dom0.
By using dom0_max_vcpus >= 2 this issue may be occurred on non-NUMA machine,
because current dom0's .config is CONFIG_NUMA=y.

So I'd like to have this patch applied, please.

We need to consider NUMA support with x86 and power people.
